Recommended oil

I recently got a hold of a 2010 Nissan Frontier and I'm looking to replace the oil and filters, so I'm looking for some recommendations. It's the V6 and has 120k miles on it.

For your V6 Frontier, use a quality synthetic 5W-30 oil and either OEM or Wix filters. At 120k miles, also replace the air, cabin, and fuel filters to keep the engine running smoothly
